Frequently Asked Questions
Unlike standard taxis and hire cars, Welhire prioritizes safe boarding and alighting for passengers with physical disabilities. Depending on your specific needs, a two-person crew may be recommended to ensure your safety. This is determined on a case-by-case basis — not all trips require a two-person crew.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Shorter notice is possible, but depending on timing, we may not be able to respond before your requested service date.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service are eligible for a deposit refund. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Same-day cancellations incur a 100% fee charged automatically to your registered card.
