ONE TRAIL Transcare is a Yokohama-based, owner-operated service providing accessible transport for wheelchair users, stretcher users, and individuals with a range of care needs. The company was founded by Hideo Sasaki, who spent years caring for his elderly mother before channeling that experience into building a transport service for people who need more than a standard ride.
Sasaki holds a national Social Worker license (社会福祉士) and brings hands-on experience supporting individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and developmental disabilities including autism. ONE TRAIL covers airport and cruise port transfers, point-to-point trips across Kanagawa Prefecture, and sightseeing runs to destinations like Kamakura, Hakone, and Mt. Fuji.

We used OneTrail twice during our recent trip to Japan. I am paraplegic and use a small, light wheelchair and travel with my husband. Onetrail transported us (and all our bags!) from Narita to our hotel in Shinjuku and from the cruise terminal at Yokohama to Narita. The vehicle was perfect (hydraulic lift at the rear) and the driver was extremely helpful and pleasant. I’d thoroughly recommend them.
