A man from Nagi city in Okayama Prefecture was arrested on November 11th on suspicion of disrupting business operations at a care facility for disabled people.

The suspect, Kensuke Oku, aged 31, had allegedly made phone calls to a care facility for disabled people saying he was “the reincarnation of Hitler, disabled people should go and die”,  TV Asahi reported. Police traced the call and Oku was arrested on Friday. Oku has admitted the charges.

The incident happened about three months after the stabbings at care home for the disabled in Sagamihara, Yokohama on July 26th 2016.  The suspect in that incident, Satoshi Uematsu, also expressed a liking for eugenics and the policies of Adolf Hitler.
