TokudAw was the perfect choice for our customized private tour of Japan. They took us to all the places that were on our wish list in a 11 day, 5 city tour. Sammy, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about wheelchair assessable resturants, castles, temples, museums, and even bullet trains. Sammy made sure the pace of the tours matched my wheelchair. And when we had private drivers for some of the tours, they were very careful loading my private electric wheelchair. They even brought an extra step when they saw I had difficulty stepping into the vans. The tour guide and driver made a extra trip to a Japanese hospital when I asked and helped translate.
My wife and I had a great time and definitely enjoyed all the great food Sammy took us to. The tour highlights were being able to see the snow capped Mt.
