MIMARU provides several accessibility resources for the property. An access map shows the recommended route from the nearest station to the hotel, checked from the perspective of guests with mobility needs. A communication sheet is available so guests can note specific requirements before arrival – staff then prepare any requested equipment in advance. The hotel also publishes a barrier-free travel guide covering sightseeing and transit options.
