City Holel N.U.T.S. is located a couple of minutes from Shinjuku-Gyoenmae Station on the Marunouchi subway line. The hotel is located near Shinjuku Gyoen, one of the biggest parks in Tokyo.
Accessibility
The hotel has a few accessible rooms. However, the elevator to get to the rooms is very small – only 85cm deep with an 80cm wide door. Most foreign-built wheelchairs will need to back in and then turn sharply (while banging the door frame likely) – if they can get in at all.
The room on the top floor requires going up a steep ramp to get over a slope and will be difficult to get over by most wheelchair users. The room is large, but the glass on the shower will get in the way of care givers.
