The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka, one of the premier hotels in Osaka, Japan, It is located in the prestigious district of Nishi-Umeda, and is within walking distance to shopping, great dining and ancient city sights. It is made to seem like an 18th century English manor house.
The Ritz-Carlton is close to many places to see. You can walk to the famous Umeda Sky building, the Auqabus for a cruise to view Nakashima and the Osaka Castle, and the Ferris Wheel atop the Hep Building. All of this is within a 15 -20 min walk. The trip by train to Osaka Castle can be between 30 and 40 mins depending on the route.
The hotel offers 5 different dining opportunities – French, Cantonese, Italian, Japanese and the Lobby Lounge serves afternoon tea.
Getting to the Ritz-Carlton Osaka is just a 7 min walk from the JR Osaka Station using the Sakurabashi station.
Accessibility
Ritz-Carlton Osaka has one accessible room. It is a Superior king room, which is large enough to allow access beside the bed for easy transfer. All doors are 87cm/34.25 inches. The bathroom is large and includes a bathtub but no shower chair but one can be provided on request. There is no back to the toilet which might cause some difficulties.
The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Please be sure to contact them directly to ensure your needs are met.
