The Yuzawa New Otani hotel is nestled in the breathtaking mountains of the hot-spring town of Yuzawa. The town is famous for being the setting of Yasunari Kawabata’s Nobel prize-winning novel ‘Yukiguni’ (Snow Country).

Yuzawa New Otani offers a wheelchair accessible room, named “Cosmos”, that features both a Japanese style tatami mat area and twin beds in a Western style area. The room also has an attached private bath and toilet.
