Opened in August 2020 as the flagship of the innovative Nikko Style brand, this contemporary lifestyle hotel redefines the Japanese hospitality experience. Recognized as a TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice winner, placing it among the top 10% of hotels worldwide, Nikko Style Nagoya seamlessly blends modern design with comfort, specialty coffee, and curated sound.
Strategically positioned just 10 minutes on foot from Nagoya Station and 4 minutes from Kokusai Center Station, the hotel offers unparalleled access to shopping, dining, and major city attractions. The central Meieki location provides urban convenience while maintaining surprising tranquility.
The hotel’s defining character revolves around coffee culture and music. Renowned sound director Kenichiro Nishihara composed carefully selected background music in 24-hour cycles where songs never repeat, creating different moods for morning, noon, and night. The welcoming lobby buzzes with locals and tourists enjoying specialty coffee, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere that breaks away from sterile business hotel traditions.
The on-site style kitchen restaurant serves contemporary cuisine using seasonal ingredients, while the adjoining Café & Bar showcases specialty coffee blends created in collaboration with local roastery TRUNK COFFEE. Using rare beans representing just 5% of global production, coffee is served in custom Mino-yaki pottery cups.
Guests enjoy 24-hour fitness center access, rental bikes including children’s options, event space, and unique in-room Hand-Drip Coffee Sets. The entire property is non-smoking with high-speed internet.
