Via Inn Asakusa

Via Inn Asakusa is located in the culturally important Asakusa area of Tokyo, and a 5-minute walk from Sensoji Temple. It offers modern accommodation with a restaurant, massage services and rooms with free wired internet. WiFi access is available in all areas. It is a 5-minute walk to Asakusa Subway Station and an 8-minute walk from the Sumida River Cruise Station.

Guestrooms offer both air-conditioning and heating facilities. Each room is equipped with a fridge, green tea and a flat-screen TV.
Laundry services are available at the hotel. Ironing facilities and humidifiers can be borrowed from the front desk. Guests can arrange for a relaxing massage upon request.

The hotel’s Sakura Restaurant serves a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Western buffet dishes in a spacious, relaxed setting. It is open for breakfast and lunch hours.

Accessibility

Via Inn Asakusa has one wheelchair accessible room called a “universal twin” by the hotel.  The room has two single beds and is 31m².  The room was not originally accessible and has a slope retrofitted into the room where there was a step.  There is a small lip next to the ramp, so visitors should watch their footing.

The toilet has a number of handle bars. The bath tub has space next to it to facilitate transferring but there is no shower chair available.

An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor where the restaurant is located, but it is small and the toilet faces the door making it difficult to transfer from a wheelchair.
