Off to visit the Yamagata Barrier Free Tour Center! They offer many fun outdoor activities in Yamagata prefecture. Check out their website (only Japanese): http://yamagata-bftc.jp/
I’ll share some of the trip as it goes here in the forum.
The shinkansen bullet train has an accessible seat but it is very narrow!
There is a an accessible toilet as well.
Will update again soon!

After the vineyard, we went ind visited a sake brewery (samples enjoyed and compared of course). The need for carts at the brewery, means there are ramps everywhere!
They can make branded sake as well, should we make an “Accessible Sake”? 😎

And to end a great day, had an amazing meal at the onsen.
And because the onsen was the former vacation home of feudal lord Uesugi Kenshin, there were replicas of armor on display- you can even try some on!
