Pick up/Drop off

Hi! Can I pick up a wheel chair in Tokyo and return it in Osaka? We are flying in and out of 2 different airports. My husband walks with a cane but he cant go that far through shrines and forests. We have a collapsible chair at home but I would hate to lose it in our flights. Any info is appreciated.

If a foldable wheelchair (like a hospital wheelchair) is fine, then at least one place offers the ability to return it by courier from the airport.
