    Hello,

According to Rakuraku Odekake Net, it is accessible and usable with scooters (“handle type” in their wording): https://www.ecomo-rakuraku.jp/en/station/Kawaguchiko/

I wondered what the “equpment installed” meant.  So, using Google Maps with satellite images, it looks like after getting your ticket, you cross the tracks to the correct platform and there is a ramp up the platform.

    So, should be fine!

This is great! scooters  are allowed (handle type electric wheelchairs, as referred to by the Japanese). May scooters become more popular.

I emailed the train station and confirmed that, while you will need assistance crossing the tracks, it is accessible.
